Qualifications

• Active, Licensed PMHNP in NY.
• Active NY DEA license.
• Active NPI number.
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• 2+ years of medication management for children/adults is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.
