Job summary

Yulista Support Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead PMEL operations, directing technicians in calibration and maintenance, and ensuring contract performance. The role includes budget execution, reporting, and liaison with the Government CO/COR.

The candidate will supervise PMEL personnel, enforce work standards, and coordinate training and program management to meet contract goals while maintaining safety and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 10 years US Air Force PMEL experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMEL operations, production efficiencies, and training at sites.
• Direct Lead Technicians and PMEL technicians in troubleshooting and calibration.
• Interface with customers to resolve calibration/maintenance issues and take part in root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Quality Manager to improve lab operations.
• Plan and oversee budgets, funding, and expenditures for the contract.
• Serve as primary interface with Government CO/COR and other representatives.
• Supervise PMEL personnel, enforce work standards, and communicate company policies.
• Coordinate training programs and administer contract management activities.
