Job summary

Yulista Support Services LLC is seeking a PMEL Technician II to apply metrology principles for calibrating and repairing TMDE in support of the US Air Force Metrology and Calibration Program at specified locations.

The role requires troubleshooting, calibration, repair, and certification of diverse TMDE and related equipment, with opportunities to train other technicians and report calibration issues to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 4+ years PMEL or calibration experience.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Documentation of equipment and area discipline qualifications.
• Proven excellent quality record as calibration technician.
• Experience inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing TMDE and metrology lab standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, align, repair, calibrate and certify TMDE per PMEL directives.
• Provide intermediate to advanced calibration/repair on TMDE.
• Capture readings with oscilloscopes, DMMs, pulse generators, power meters, torque calibrator, temperature and pressure devices.
• Use TMDE to troubleshoot and repair systems down to component level.
• Perform daily safety, security and QMS compliance.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Guide and train other technicians when required.
• Interface with customers to report calibration issues.
