Job summary

Yulista Support Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager II to oversee PMEL operations, calibrations, and training across assigned sites. This role manages troubleshooting, safety, and customer interface to resolve calibration and maintenance issues.

The position requires extensive PMEL experience with the US Air Force and the ability to coordinate with government representatives, manage budgets, and supervise PMEL staff in a contract-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years US Air Force PMEL experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMEL operations, production efficiencies, and training at assigned sites.
• Direct Lead Technicians and PMEL technicians in troubleshooting and calibration tasks.
• Interface with customers to report and resolve calibration issues and drive corrective action.
• Coordinate with Quality Manager to improve laboratory operational effectiveness.
• Oversee budget execution and contract funding, and monitor expenditures.
