Job summary

Yulista Support Services LLC seeks an Operations Manager II to oversee PMEL contract performance, direct daily operations, and manage site-level production and training.

You will lead PMEL technicians, coordinate with Government CO/COR, manage budgets, funding, and reporting, and ensure safety, security, and compliance across assigned sites.

A strong background in PMEL, TO 00-20-14 familiarity, and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years US Air Force PMEL experience and active clearance
• Ability to manage PMEL operations, budget, and staffing
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee PMEL technical operations and training management at assigned sites
• Lead Lead Technicians and PMEL technicians in calibration and certification work
• Interface with Government CO/COR to report issues and ensure contract compliance
• Plan, oversee budget execution and funding, and provide status reports
• Coordinate training programs and administer contract management
• Conduct performance evaluations of PMEL programs and personnel
