Job summary

Yulista is seeking an Operations Manager II to oversee PMEL operations across assigned sites. You will manage calibrations, training, and performance of PMEL staff, ensuring safety, compliance, and liaison with customers and government representatives.

The role requires significant PMEL experience, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to coordinate with CO/COR on contract performance. On-site work with occasional travel is involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years US Air Force PMEL experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMEL operations, production efficiencies, and training at sites.
• Direct PMEL technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and certifying TMDE.
• Interface with customers to report and resolve calibration/maintenance issues.
• Oversee budget execution and contract funding; monitor expenditures.
• Serve as primary interface with CO/COR and government staff.
