Job summary

Quality Analytics Associates (QAA) is seeking qualified Online & Hybrid Learning Instructors/Facilitators to support the U.S. Air Force Air University, Air Force Global College (AFGC). Instructors will deliver PME and developmental education online, hybrid, and in-person as required.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or facilitating adult learners.
• Ability to work effectively in online learning environments.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to apply grading rubrics consistently.
• Experience supporting military education programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online instruction for graduate- and undergraduate-level courses.
• Facilitate hybrid courses combining online and face-to-face activities.
• Lead and facilitate online discussions and provide timely feedback.
• Grade student assignments according to government rubrics.
• Coordinate curriculum-related activities and report results.
