Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a staffing pipeline to meet demand across curriculum areas.
• Screen candidates against credential standards for each curriculum area.
• Maintain credential packages and route through Air University processes.
• Manage instructor assignment schedules and lead times.
• Ensure instructors have LMS access and are ready for class start.
