Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a Maintenance Management / PMCS Technical Instructor to deliver PMCS and maintenance-management training at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. The role focuses on vehicle readiness, program execution coaching, and on-site technical support.

Ideal candidates will have Army PMCS/maintenance experience, the ability to teach adults, and familiarity with Army publications, with a strong Microsoft Office skill set to support training products and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Army maintenance-management or PMCS related experience.
• Knowledge of PMCS, equipment readiness and maintenance policy.
• Ability to teach adult learners and coach units on corrective procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reports, presentations, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Teach the PMCS Cadre Course and other maintenance-management instruction.
• Provide onsite technical assistance on PMCS for vehicles and gear.
• Coach operators and supervisors on PMCS program execution.
• Prepare briefings, trend reports, and training records.
• Cross-train with related Army maintenance instructors as needed.
