Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Unit Armorer / Physical Security Technical Instructor to train personnel at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield in Georgia. This role focuses on unit armorer operations, arms-room management, and weapons accountability, with hands-on coaching and field assistance.

The candidate will deliver the Unit Armorer Certification Course, assist inspection teams, and provide guidance on security procedures and PMCS to maintain equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in unit armorer operations or related Army logistics functions.
• Strong knowledge of arms-room management, weapons accountability, and physical-security processes.
• Proven ability to teach adult learners and provide hands-on coaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach the Unit Armorer Certification Course.
• Train Soldiers in arms-room management procedures.
