What You Will Do:
Accountable for ensuring proper labor balancing between core areas of warehouse, including receiving, picking, outbound parcels, project warehouse, cycle counting, wire cutting, pipe yard, etc.
Responsible for keeping the Warehouse in Process/Status queues clear and compliant with End of Month guidelines
Secondary responder and problem solver for warehouse lead emails, with a response time of 1 hour
Complete weekly performance reviews of Associates using data driven metrics
Actively engaged within warehouse, providing on call mentorship and problem solving for Associates
Lead by example an effective and efficient team, with an emphasis on positively motivating, training, and uplifting of Associates
Maintain and cultivate a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety policies and guidelines
Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
Clear and concise communication skills
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Fluent in North Coast warehouse and system processes
Self-starter, team player with the ability to lead others with a quality focus
Previous warehouse experience
Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level of self and others
