Join the Hiring Process for Warehouse Specialist at TW Services Inc

TW Services Inc, a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Fred Meyer, is seeking full-time, permanent staff to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. We are not a temp agency and offer a fast onboarding process.

Position Details

• Job Title: Dock Unloader/Lumper
• Schedule: Sunday to Friday, 8:00 PM - Finish (approximately 4:30 AM). Further shift details will be discussed during the interview.

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly pay cycle, with payments every Friday
• Base pay plus production bonuses, ranging from $600 to $1,000 weekly
• Time Off Accrual (PSL)
• PPO Health Insurance including Vision and Dental

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform pre-shift equipment checks
• Unload pallets and load, move, stock, and stage products and materials
• Break down and restack products from pallets
• Verify products and quantities
• Wrap pallets and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
• Pass drug screen and background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Steel toe shoes required upon hire
