Loomis is hiring a Vault Custodian in Baltimore, MD. You will work with a team to maintain inventory in cash vaults for Loomis customers, performing counts, receipts, and secure handling of currency. The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to safety and security procedures in a vault environment.

The position is full-time with hourly pay of $21.30. Experience reading receipts, records, and reports is helpful; firearms licensing may be required by state law.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English sufficiently to converse with co-workers and customers, read receipts, manifests and reports.

Responsibilities

• Check numbers or seals on bags against receipts/manifests.
• Count items, record amounts and serial numbers, sign receipts.
• Load/unload bags/boxes of currency and coins.
• Sort cargo items by route and communicate with team/customers.
