Job summary

Kiawah Island Club Club is seeking an experienced PM Sous Chef to lead the Cassique clubhouse culinary team and oversee operations across the Cassique venues. You will help craft menus, mentor staff, and drive excellence in a high-end cooking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and train kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
• Oversee all culinary operations of Cassique Clubhouse in the absence of senior chefs
• Collaborate with Chef team on menu planning for restaurants, banquets, holidays, and events
• Develop and implement staff development and training programs to foster growth
• Participate hands-on in cooking and cover different kitchen stations as needed
• Assist in team organization, inventory management and kitchen maintenance
• Coordinate with FOH team to support learning and staff engagement
