Job summary

AT&T Hotel & Conference Center on the UT Campus is seeking a full-time Server Assistant for the Carillon Restaurant (PM shift). The role supports the dining team through table setup/clearing, beverages, and guest service during busy evenings.

Candidate will work Tue-Sat 2-10PM, with emphasis on weekend performance and strong teamwork to maintain high-quality service. Benefits and campus perks align with hotel/food service standards.

Responsibilities

• Bus tables according to standard, including removing dirty plates, glasses, dishes, silverware, teapots, coffeepots and other serving dishes from tables.
• Clean debris from tables, floors, chairs and side stations throughout shift, using proper equipment, cloths and sanitizer.
• Assist servers in providing Platinum service by refilling beverages, pre-bussing plates, bread and butter service, ascertaining drink orders, delivering checks, etc.
