Job summary

AT&T Hotel & Conference Center in Austin, TX seeks a Carillon Server to take orders and serve food and beverages in a fine dining setting. Must be available full-time for PM shift Tuesday through Saturday and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, describing menu items, presenting checks, and maintaining a clean service area. Previous fine-dining experience and TABC certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Flexible scheduling required; ability to work PM shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages at tables.
• Escort customers to tables and present menus.
• Explain dishes and daily specials, and make recommendations.
• Prepare checks and process payments, ensure accuracy.
• Stock service areas with supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate in line with brand standards and guest expectations.
