Job summary

Morgan Park Nursing and Rehab in Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor RN (PM) to lead the PM clinical team, oversee daily rounds, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.

The ideal candidate is an active RN with strong leadership abilities, capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced setting and guiding staff to deliver high-quality resident care on the PM shift.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the day-to-day activities of clinical staff on the PM shift.
• Complete required documentation for resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records per facility policies.
• Conduct daily rounds and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
