Evergreen is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the 2nd shift team in a short-term rehab setting. PM shift runs 2:30pm to 10:45pm, with competitive pay of $37.50–$42.50 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift differential.

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a short-term rehabilitation environment
• Assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitoring resident conditions and evaluating outcomes of care
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Building trusting relationships with residents and their families through education, communication, and emotional support
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participating in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities
