Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living in Duluth, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide daily personal care and support to residents, following individualized care plans. No previous experience is required, and you will receive training and the chance to work with a friendly team across day/evening shifts.

Keystone Bluffs offers 80 beautiful apartments designed with single level living in mind. We are committed to providing the utmost quality of care with the emphasis on person-centered care planning.

• WE DO NOT MANDATE - You work your shift and go home. Overtime pay after 8 hours.
• We have full and part time available and many open shifts on block scheduling so you always know your schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan
• Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Accurately documenting information
• Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
• Following HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is not required
• Must thrive in a teamwork setting
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
