Job summary

Diamond Willow and Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living in Duluth, MN is seeking compassionate CNAs, RCAs, or PCAs for full-time or part-time night shifts (10:00pm - 6:00am) to provide person-centered care and support to our seniors.

Responsibilities include following care plans, performing delegated nursing tasks, documenting accurately, and coordinating with RNs/LPNs to ensure residents' well-being. 18+ and CNA licensure eligibility required; prior experience not necessary.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must thrive in a teamwork setting.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

WE DO NOT MANDATE

• You work your shift and go home. Overtime pay after 8 hours.
• We have full and part time available and many open shifts on block scheduling so you always know your schedule.
• Wage depending on experience and licensure, plus shift differentials for EVENING and NOC Shifts.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan
• Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Accurately documenting information
• Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
• Following HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required
• Must thrive in a teamwork setting

All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration.

Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
