Job summary

Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living in Duluth, MN seeks compassionate Resident Assistants (CNA, RA, or PCA). Full-Time or Part-Time positions with shift variety. Earns per shift differential and opportunities for advancement. Training and support provided; benefits and a friendly team environment.

Location: 2528 Trinity Rd., Duluth, MN 55811. Schedule: 6:00am - 2:00pm, every other weekend. Pay range is based on experience, licensure, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must thrive in a teamwork setting.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older; exception for those with a valid CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and following the residents' care plan.
• Performing delegated nursing and medical tasks as directed by the RN to support residents' wellbeing.
• Accurately documenting information.
• Communicating with RNs and LPNs regarding residents' needs.
• Following HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan

Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.

Accurately documenting information

Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents

Following HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience is not required

Must thrive in a teamwork setting

All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
