Liscios Italian Bakery is seeking an experienced PM Maintenance Technician to ensure production and quality by maintaining and repairing a wide range of machinery in a bakery environment, with emphasis on electrical diagnostics. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience in bakery/industrial setting.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance to ensure production and quality.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including motors, control panels, wiring, sensors, switches, and power supplies.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical equipment including panels, lighting, and production machinery.
• Maintain mechanical systems such as conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and motors.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards; lockout/tagout procedures.
• Document maintenance actions and maintain logs for shift continuity.
• Maintain inventory and expedite orders as needed.
