Job summary

Gale Hotels is seeking a Security Officer for the National Hotel in Miami, FL. You will safeguard guests, employees, and property while enforcing hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; five-star hotel exp. preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as a security officer in hotel setting.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Clear, courteous communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Enforce hotel policies and Gale Hotel Standards.
• Protect hotel property and persons from theft and vandalism.
• Respond to medical and other emergencies and summon help as needed.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct safety inspections.
• Assist guests with directions and information and provide accessibility support.
