Job summary

Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a reliable and compassionate Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our team. You will support nutrition services for residents, assist with meal prep, assemble trays, and ensure a clean, pleasant dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to dietary plans.
• Serve meals and deliver trays to residents in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and dining areas.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies.
• Provide courteous and respectful interaction with residents and staff.
