Job summary

Responsibilities

• Learn the food service routine quickly and assist with setting up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Assist with serving meals and maintaining dishwashing cleanliness.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks and keep kitchen tidy and sanitary.
• Carry out trash, clean surfaces, and maintain floors.
• Participate in orientation and training of dietary staff.
