Job summary

Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a reliable and compassionate Full-Time Dietary Aide for the PM shift (12 PM - 8:30 PM) in Santa Cruz, CA. Responsibilities include preparing meals, assembling trays according to dietary plans, serving residents, and maintaining clean dining areas.

Qualified candidates will have either prior dietary/food service or healthcare exposure; punctuality and teamwork are valued in our supportive environment with opportunities for growth.

• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to dietary plans.
• Serve meals and deliver trays to residents in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and dining areas.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies.
• Provide courteous and respectful interaction with residents and staff.
