Job summary

PACS Group's Santa Cruz Post Acute in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide for the PM shift (12 PM–8:30 PM). You will support nutrition services for residents and assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and timely delivery in a clean, courteous environment.

Follow all food safety and infection control procedures, keep areas stocked and organized, and interact respectfully with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Passion for providing excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to dietary plans
• Serve meals and deliver trays to residents in a timely manner
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and dining areas
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies
• Provide courteous and respectful interaction with residents and staff
