Job summary

Roseville Care Center in Roseville, CA is seeking compassionate CNAs for PM shift roles. Compensation starts at $22.60/hour on a DOE basis. The CNAs will provide routine daily nursing care according to care plans and assist residents with activities of daily living.

Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to resident needs are essential. Responsibilities include vital signs, mobility assistance, meals, documentation, infection control, and shift-report participation.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, hygiene).
• Assist with lifting, turning, transferring, and transporting residents using appropriate equipment.
• Answer call lights promptly and monitor resident needs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake/output as directed.
• Observe residents for changes and report to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist with meals and record intake of food and fluids.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge activities.
• Prepare residents for medical appointments and procedures.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Maintain documentation and confidentiality of PHI.
• Participate in shift reports and team communication.
