Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Respond to resident call lights promptly and courteously.
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as instructed.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, lifting, and transportation of residents.
• Ensure residents' rooms are clean, comfortable, and prepared.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
