Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Food & Beverage team member for our property in Itasca, IL. You will take and serve guest orders, perform setup tasks, answer menu questions, operate the POS system, and ensure dishes meet quality standards.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

Taking and serving guest orders promptly and according to service manual. Complete all necessary set-up sidework as assigned. Answer any guest questions about the menu. Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable). Check food before serving it to guests to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
