Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated team member for our Westin Chicago Northwest Outlets team in Itasca, IL. You will set up and clear tables, stock service stations, and assist food servers to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

Setting up and clearing tables, stocking all service stations and assisting food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and serviceware. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room. Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs.
