Job summary

The Westin Chicago Northwest, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a friendly and dependable server to join our outlets team in Itasca, IL. You will assist with setting up and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and supporting food servers to ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

Setting up and clearing tables, stocking all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and serviceware. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room. Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs.
