Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. seeks a Full-time PM Cook for The Ranch Estates of Tucson to provide wholesome meals and maintain high safety standards for residents.

The Cook reports to the Dining Services Director and collaborates with staff to ensure an inviting dining atmosphere. The ideal candidate has at least two years of cooking experience (healthcare or hospitality preferred), a high school diploma or GED, and Serv-Safe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years cooking experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all food items using high quality ingredients and appropriate garnishes.
• Use recipes and correct portion sizes to provide consistent results and control costs.
• Record and monitor food temperatures during storage, preparation, cooking, and serving.
• Label, date, and properly store all foods.
• Monitor temperatures of kitchen refrigerators and freezers daily.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen.
