Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Full-time Cook with open availability to support our residents at The Ranch Estates of Tucson. The Cook will prepare wholesome, nutritious meals, follow recipes, monitor temperatures, and ensure safety and sanitation.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, at least two years cooking experience in healthcare or hospitality, Serv-Safe certification preferred, and strong customer service and teamwork. We offer benefits and daily pay.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals using high quality ingredients.
• Use recipes and correct portions to control costs.
• Record and monitor food temperatures during storage and cooking.
• Label and store foods properly; monitor temperatures of refrigerators/freezers.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety procedures, and sanitary operations.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a pleasant work environment.
