Job summary

Omni Louisville Hotel is seeking a Residence Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for guests and associates. You will patrol the property, respond to house calls, and assist with investigations while documenting all actions clearly.

This role requires First Aid/CPR certification, excellent English communication, and the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays 2:30 PM–11:00 PM. You must stay calm under pressure and provide concierge services as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year security/loss prevention or guest service experience.
• First Aid and CPR certification required or willing to obtain.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to protect guests, staff, and assets.
• Respond to house calls regarding safety and hotel operations.
• Initiate and follow up investigations of crimes against property and persons.
• Assist sick or injured guests or associates and document reports.
• Document investigations and monitor follow‑up actions with guests and employees.
