Job summary

MRG Exams is a premier provider of independent medical examinations focused on supporting United States Veterans through the VA disability benefits process. We seek a qualified PM&R physician to conduct non-treating medical assessments, review records, and complete VA DBQs through a secure online portal.

Responsibilities include analyzing medical records, documenting current health conditions, and ensuring DBQs are thorough and submitted within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO license with PM&R specialization.
• Board certification in Neurological Surgery, PM&R, or Psychiatry and Neurology preferred.
• Candidates with a completed two-year residency in a relevant specialty will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review veterans' medical records via a secure web portal.
• Conduct comprehensive, non-treating assessments documenting current health conditions.
• Complete and submit VA DBQs using VA-specific templates.
• Ensure DBQs are thorough, accurate, and submitted within 24 hours of the assessment.
• Assess up to four veterans daily.
