Job summary

MRG Exams seeks a qualified PM&R physician to perform independent medical assessments for U.S. veterans, reviewing records and conducting non-treating evaluations. You will complete DBQs via a secure portal to support VA disability determinations.

Ideal candidates hold an active PM&R license, with board certification preferred. You will travel 1–2 times per month across South Carolina and deliver timely, accurate assessments with strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• MD or DO license with PM&R specialization.
• Strong typing skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing and synthesizing medical data from records.

Responsibilities

• Review veterans' medical records through secure web portal.
• Conduct non-treating assessments and document findings.
• Complete and submit VA DBQs using VA templates within 24 hours.
