Job summary

Endeavor Health Neurosciences Institute in Skokie, IL, is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician. The role focuses on musculoskeletal, spine, and sports patients, with emphasis on spinal interventional procedures and comprehensive rehabilitation.

Candidates must hold a medical license in Illinois (or pending), PM&R residency, board certification or eligibility, and have expertise in spine and MSK procedures.

Qualifications

• Medical license in IL or pending
• PM&R residency, fellowship a plus
• Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Work with musculoskeletal, sports and spine patients
• Perform spinal interventional procedures
• Serve patients from Endeavor Service Area (Chicago Metropolitan Market)
• Physician will have at least 34 hours per week of direct patient contact
• Physician may be expected to work extended hours
• Flexibility to determine own extended hours (early morning, evenings or weekends)
