Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for a full-time role in Arlington Heights, IL. The physician will treat musculoskeletal, sports and spine patients and perform spinal interventional procedures, with direct patient contact of at least 34 hours per week.

License in IL or pending, PM&R residency, board certification/eligibility and comfort with extended hours are required. Endeavor Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• License: Medical license in the state of IL or pending.
• Education: PM&R residency, fellowship a plus.
• Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Work with musculoskeletal, sports and spine patients.
• Perform spinal interventional procedures.
• Serve patients from Endeavor Service Area (Chicago Metropolitan Market).
• Physician will have at least 34 hours per week of direct patient contact.
• Physician may be expected to work extended hours.
• Flexibility to determine own extended hours (early morning, evenings or weekends).
