• APN or PA licensure in Illinois required.
• Master’s degree in PM&R or related specialty.

Responsibilities

• Under physician supervision, provides care to patients in PM&R.
• Take detailed history and perform physical examinations.
• Order imaging, labs and diagnostic procedures and interpret results.
• Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies as appropriate.
• Maintain records and progress notes; follow patients through treatment.
