Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a NP/PA PM&R Clinician to deliver specialized PM&R services in SNF/post-acute settings in Morehead City and New Bern, NC. You will collaborate with therapy and PCP teams, maintain patient independence, and lead clinical care with autonomy.

• Post-acute healthcare focus and geriatric care
• Ability to work autonomously in SNF settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Support management of common SNF conditions (e.g., CVA, neurological issues)
• Assist with documentation and care coordination with PCPs
