Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) is seeking a PM&R Clinician to deliver specialized rehabilitation services in SNF/post-acute settings. You will work closely with the post-acute therapy team and provide clinical leadership within the facility.

The ideal candidate holds NP/PA credentials with NC licensure, has post-acute space experience, and embraces autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning. The role offers a 32-hour W-2 schedule at facilities in Greensboro and Burlington, NC.

Formación

• Post-acute SNF experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong clinical leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing education and training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility through clinical leadership and collaboration with the care team.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage conditions common in SNFs such as CVA and postoperative ortho.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and address barriers to therapy including pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and help bridge therapy with internal medicine.
• Engage in culture-building opportunities and regional education events.
