Qualifications

• Licensed NP/PA in the United States.
• Utah license required to practice.
• Experience in post-acute space preferred.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team in SNF.
• Manage conditions common in SNFs, such as CVA and post-op care.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function.
