Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a PM&R clinician to provide specialized Physiatry services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center in Aurora, Colorado. Qualifications

• Experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Physiatry in post-acute settings.
• Ability to work autonomously within a SNF/post-acute facility.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center.
• Represent CRC with clinical leadership within the facility.
• Collaborate with PCP teams and therapy staff to manage conditions common in SNFs.
• Track patient progress and address barriers to therapy.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support culture building.
