Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants seeks a Part-time PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to provide Physiatry services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center in Texas City, TX. Work collaboratively with the post-acute therapy team in a flexible 9 AM–4 PM window; no on-call obligation.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant or APRN license required.
• Texas license and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
• Ability to autonomously manage clinical responsibilities in SNF/post-acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center.
• Lead clinical care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Coordinate with PCPs and rehab therapies to improve patient function.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy and internal medicine.
• Support culture-building and ongoing education within CRC.
