Job summary

Allied Rehab Consultants, the Utah sister company of AZ Rehabilitation Consultants, is expanding its founding clinical team in Salt Lake City, Utah. We seek an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced PM&R care in skilled nursing facilities on a full-time, on-site basis.

The role offers high earning potential (approximately $180,000–$350,000+ per year) with a 1099 independent contractor arrangement and a Monday–Friday schedule designed for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Advanced clinical assessment and prescriptive authority required.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced PM&R care and patient assessments in SNF settings.
• Interpret lab results, diagnostic findings, prescribe medications, and manage therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families on care plans.
• Provide consultative PM&R services in collaboration with our physician team.
