Allied Rehab Consultants, the Utah sister company of AZ Rehabilitation Consultants, is expanding its founding clinical team in Salt Lake City, Utah. We seek an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced PM&R care in skilled nursing facilities on a full-time, on-site basis.

The role offers high earning potential (approximately $180,000–$350,000+ per year) with a 1099 independent contractor arrangement and a Monday–Friday schedule designed for work-life balance.

Responsibilities

This role is with Allied Rehab Consultants, the Utah sister company of AZ Rehabilitation Consultants — a post-acute rehabilitation practice built to maximize functional improvement and patient outcomes. We are expanding into Salt Lake City and hiring our founding clinical team.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. This is a full-time on-site role where you will deliver advanced, consultative Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) care to patients within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

Position Highlights

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility care.
• Familiarity with Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Additional certification in a specialized area of practice.
