Job summary

CMR Recruiting seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PM&R services across Skilled Nursing Facilities in Winchester, VA. In this full-time, in-person role, you’ll provide PM&R and primary care with a daily panel of about 15–20 residents, collaborating with physicians, and maintaining compliant documentation.

The ideal candidate holds an active Virginia NP (FNP/AGNP) or PA license with PM&R or LTC experience. No nights or weekends; Monday–Friday, 9–5, Winchester area.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia NP (FNP or AGNP) or PA license in good standing.
• PM&R/physiatry or skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with independent rounding across multiple facilities.
• No new graduates for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R and primary care services to residents across assigned facilities.
• Manage a daily panel of approximately 15 to 20 residents.
• Coordinate with collaborating physicians and facility teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
