Job summary

• Post-high school education courses (medical terminology, word processing, health care, and/or business) preferred.
• Nursing Assistant certification or Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Home Health: Minimum of two years clerical experience in medical office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus energies and resources on providing comprehensive quality clerical support to the department, including staffing, supplies, equipment, records, and the environment.
• Function as department receptionist (if applicable/needed), coordinate, compile, and aggregate departmental information, perform secretarial tasks, and maintain organized workflow.
