Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a PM&R clinician to provide specialized PM&R/physiatry services at a designated SNF/post-acute rehab center in North Cape May, NJ. This full-time W-2 role offers autonomy and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient independence.

You will work with PCPs, PT/OT/SLP teams, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings, with access to education programs and a supportive company culture. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000.

Qualifications

• NP/APRN/PA license required.
• New Jersey license required.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• Post-acute space experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and commitment to patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams on SNF conditions.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP to improve function.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy to medicine.
• Support culture building and ongoing education within the team.
